At Ground Control, we take pride in delivering dependable, high-quality lawn and landscape services throughout Kansas. Our goal is simple: do the job right and stand behind our work.

✅ Workmanship Warranty

We guarantee that all services are performed in a professional manner consistent with accepted industry standards.

  • Coverage Period: 30 days from date of service (unless otherwise stated in writing)

  • Covers: Installation errors and workmanship defects

  • Resolution: Ground Control will repair or correct verified workmanship issues at no additional cost

🌱 Plant Material Warranty

We provide a limited warranty on plant material installed by Ground Control.

  • Trees & Shrubs: 90-day limited warranty

  • Perennials & Annuals: 30-day limited warranty

To maintain warranty coverage, the following conditions must be met:

  • Adequate and proper watering must be consistently provided

  • Plants must remain in their original installed location

  • Any installed irrigation system must be fully operational

  • Customer must follow basic care guidelines provided at installation

💧 Irrigation & Drainage Warranty

  • Irrigation Installation Workmanship: 1-year limited warranty

  • Parts & Components: Covered by manufacturer warranties only

  • Seasonal services (start-up, winterization, adjustments) are not included unless part of an ongoing service agreement

🚫 Warranty Exclusions

Ground Control’s warranty does not cover the following:

  • Weather-related damage including drought, excessive rain, hail, wind, or freezing conditions common in Kansas

  • Improper maintenance, neglect, or over/under watering

  • Animal, insect, or disease damage

  • Soil conditions, drainage issues, or site conditions beyond our control

  • Damage caused by third parties or modifications after installation

  • Normal wear and seasonal changes in lawns and plant material

🔄 Maintenance Requirement

All warranties are contingent upon proper maintenance. Failure to maintain lawn, irrigation, or plant care may void warranty coverage.

We strongly recommend ongoing maintenance services to protect your investment.

  2. Provide a description and photos of the issue

  3. Allow reasonable time for inspection and scheduling

  • This is a limited warranty and replaces all other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted under Kansas law.

  • Ground Control’s liability is limited strictly to the original cost of the services provided.

  • Ground Control shall not be responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, or loss of plant material beyond warranty coverage.
